Steve Scheibe, founder of All Abroad, grew up in Brazil, attended both
Brazilian and US universities with degrees from Wesleyan (Middletown,
CT), UFMG (Belo Horizonte) and UCLA (Los Angeles). In Brazil, Steve worked
in the private and public sector and taught at different Brazilian universities.
He was the owner of a patent holding innovative manufacturing company.
In the U.S., Steve worked for major multinational companies setting up
marketing, sales and distribution in Baja California, Mexico. Steve currently
resides in Leucadia, California and travels to Baja and Brazil frequently.
In his spare time, he contributes to the soccer community through refereeing,
assessing and assigning.
Angela Scheibe, AIA, is an architect and interior designer with in depth
experience in the Brazilian building industry (especially as related to
energy conserving and environmentally responsible systems). She uses her
contacts and knowledge in evaluating the opportunities and marketability
of furniture and decorative stone from Brazil and Mexico as well as assisting
with construction related projects in Brazil.
Marcia Kinjo, based in Sao Paulo, specializes in the service industry through
her contacts in education, banking and journalism.
Via Negromonte, Rio de Janeiro, works in the service, entertainment and
hospitality industries.
Sandra Perez is an accountant and consultant
based in Tijuana. She has many years of experience with maquiladoras.
All members are fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. |
